Stephen Hall was born in 1869 in Washington, D.C. to Stephen and Rebecca Hall. Mr. Hall worked as a waiter until his incarceration in the Massachusetts State Prison four separate times: on September 13, 1888, October 15, 1892, July 12, 1893, and June 29, 1898.
Mr. Hall died while incarcerated at 7:55 A.M. on November 15, 1900, of pulmonary tuberculosis at 31.
