Plot 111: Frank Kelley

Frank Kelley was born in 1880 in Manchester, New Hampshire, to John Kelley and an unknown mother, both of whom officials inferred had immigrated to the United States from Ireland. Mr. Kelley resided in Boston, Massachusetts, where he worked as a mill employee.

Mr. Kelley was incarcerated at the Massachusetts Reformatory in January 1904. He contracted tuberculosis and died there on November 14, 1904, at 24.
