Benjamin Cox was born in 1883 in Boston, Massachusetts. Mr. Cox worked as a waiter until his arrest in the South End on December 22, 1904.
Mr. Cox was incarcerated in the Rutland Prison Camp and Hospital by July 14, 1908. He remained there until his death on October 19 of that same year, of pulmonary tuberculosis, at 25.
