Plot 200: Edward P. Simpson

Edward Philip Simpson was born on November 16, 1897 in Roxbury, Massachusetts to Joannes (John) F. Simpson and Maria (Mary) Sheehan. He lived with his parents, sisters Mary and Esther, and brothers Joseph and John, on George Street in Roxbury. Mr. Simpson had dark brown hair, brown eyes, and was of medium height. On September 22, 1921, he married Ellen Eugenia Carney, an Irish immigrant, in Boston. The couple settled in a rented home on Willow Avenue in Quincy and had two children, Paul and Marie. Mr. Simpson worked as the president of a curtain manufacturing company in Quincy.

Mr. Simpson was incarcerated at the Massachusetts State Prison. He died at age 40 on June 8, 1938.
