Plot 21: Charles H. Dalton

Charles H. Dalton was born in 1857 in Kentucky. Mr. Dalton was incarcerated in the Massachusetts State Prison on July 9, 1878. He died there of consumption 18 months later on January 29, 1880, at 23 years old.
