Thomas James Cullen was born in Scotland in 1869. He immigrated to the United States and settled in the South End or Back Bay neighborhood of Boston, Massachusetts. Records indicate that he graduated from medical school.
Mr. Cullen was incarcerated in the Massachusetts State Prison on January 24, 1916. He died there at 3:40 P.M. on May 15, 1918 from cirrhosis of the liver, at 48 or 49 years old.
