Louis Duroucher was born in 1862 to Mitchell and Mary Perry in Albany, New York. He later worked as a laborer in Fall River, Massachusetts, until his incarceration in the Massachusetts State Prison.
Mr. Duroucher died there after 19 months on July 23, 1882, of consumption, at 20.
