George E. Henry was born in 1859 in Charlestown, Massachusetts to Charles Henry and an unknown mother. Mr. Henry worked as a shoemaker and a hostler.

Mr. Henry was incarcerated in the Massachusetts State Prison in 1896. He died of chronic mitral valvular heart disease at 10:15 P.M. on August 23, 1902, at 43.
