Theodore Premont was born on August 22, 1906, in Wellesley, Massachusetts. His father, Arthur F. Premont, was a Canadian immigrant from Waterloo, Quebec, and his mother, Celina Mary Cartier, was from Ashland, Massachusetts. Mr. Premont had five brothers and four sisters. The family lived in Springfield, Massachusetts.
Mr. Premont was incarcerated in the Massachusetts State Prison on May 12, 1927. He died there of pneumonia on January 27, 1929, at 22.
