Oran Allen Harrington was born on November 11, 1928, in Shelburne, Massachusetts, to Oran Elmer Harrington and Edith Louise Clarke. He grew up at 177 Wells Street in Greenfield, Massachusetts, with his brother and three sisters. Mr. Harrington had no employment history before or during his incarceration.
Mr. Harrington was incarcerated in the Massachusetts State Prison. He died there on June 27, 1950, at 21.
