Robert Wrape was a man of color born on February 19, 1914, in Camden, Arkansas, to Jim Henry and Sula Mason. He worked as a cook and practiced the Baptist faith.
Mr. Wrape entered the Massachusetts State Prison on February 2, 1934. Authorities transferred him to the Norfolk Prison Camp on October 5, 1934. He died at the Norfolk Prison Camp on March 21, 1935, at 6:45 p.m. He was 21.
