Richard Ronald Cox was born on June 2, 1952 in Ohio to Calvin E. Cox and Gerda Schauff. The family lived in Youngstown, Ohio. Mr. Cox later resided in multiple Massachusetts towns, including Lancaster, Danvers, Ipswich, and Beverly.
Mr. Cox was incarcerated in the Massachusetts Correctional Institute at Concord. He died in Boston on March 10, 1995, at 42.
