Frank Kennedy, also known as John Kelly, was born in New Hampshire in 1870 to Patrick Kennedy and Mary Fitzgerald, two Irish immigrants. He had two sisters and three brothers. Mr. Kennedy worked as a laborer before his incarceration.
Mr. Kennedy died from tuberculosis on December 27, 1911, while incarcerated at the Rutland Prison Camp and Hospital. He was 41.
