Howard F. Miller was born on December 19, 1892, in Irondequoit, New York, to Charles and Elizabeth Miller (née Bittner). He had an older brother, Arthur, and a younger brother, Henry. Mr. Miller married Emma Bardou on October 1, 1919, in Irondequoit, New York. In 1942, he listed himself as the owner of a business in Holley, Orleans County, New York.
Mr. Miller was incarcerated in the Massachusetts State Prison. He died there on March 24, 1947, at 54.
