William Munroe Special Collections at the Concord Free Public Library

Female Artists

The William Munroe Special Collections holds a small but growing collection of works created by female artists.  Some of these pieces, such as Alicia M. Keyes' Monadnock, came to the Library early in its tenure.  Others, like the painting Fall on Concord River by Mary Pope, were donated only a few years ago.  With this exhibition, we hope to spotlight several of the artists as well as to illuminate the wide variety of artistic creations by female artists.
