I hereby certify that said Brown[?] and others, the owners of the Mill in the Middle of Concord, have made of [?] releasing the right of flowing, and deposited the sum in my hands to the delivering up to those who are interested in having the right to flow relinquished, where the [?] subscribed for that person should be having [?]
